1. General.

This policy discusses how YOLOtech, LLC (“YOLOtech” or “we” or “us”). collect, store, use, share and transfer personally-identifiable information (“Personal Information”) about each individual user and other person (“you” or “your”), as well as some information that is not Personal Information (“Non-Personal Information”), on and through the Thrillia services (“Services” or “Thrillia”) and software (“Software”).

2. How you provide consent to our collection of Personal Information.

We collect Personal Information in a few different ways: (i) When you give us permission to obtain information; and (ii) when you register for our Services; and (iii) when you use our Services, including when you post text, graphics, photos or other content (“Content”) on the Services. This Personal Information can include your name, profile photo, Pins, comments, likes, the email address you used to register, and any other information you provide to us that identifies you. If you’re using Thrillia on a device that has GPS or other location services, you can also choose to provide us with location data. You also may give us permission to access your information in third party social media and other services. For example, you may link your Facebook or Twitter accounts to Thrillia, which allows us to obtain information from those accounts (like your friends or contacts). The information we get from those social media services often depends on your settings or their privacy policies, so be sure to check what those are.

3. Technical data and Non-Personal Information.

We also obtain technical information and other Non-Personal Information when you use our Services and Software. Whenever you use a website, mobile application, or other internet service, there’s certain information that is created and recorded automatically. The same is true when you use Thrillia’s Services. Here are some of the types of Non-Personal Information we collect:

(a) Log data. When you use Thrillia, our servers automatically record information (“log data”), including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or your mobile application sends when you’re using it. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web pages you visited that had Thrillia features, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used Thrillia, and cookie data.

(b) Cookie data. Depending on how you are accessing Thrillia Services, we may use “cookies” (a small text file sent by your computer each time you visit our website, unique to your Thrillia account or your browser) or similar technologies to record log data. When we use cookies, we may use “session” cookies (that last until you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (that last until you or your browser delete them). For example, we may use cookies to store your language preferences or other Thrillia settings so you don‘t have to set them up every time you visit Thrillia. Some of the cookies we use are associated with your Thrillia account (including personal information about you, such as the email address you gave us), and other cookies are not.

(c) Device information. In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you are accessing or using Thrillia on, including what type of device it is, what operating system the device is using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you are using and the device’s settings. For more about what information your device makes available to us, please also check the policies of your device manufacturer and software provider.

4. Our partners and advertisers.

Our partners and advertisers may share information with us. Sometimes our partners may let us collect Personal Information when you use their Services, or may share with us the Personal Information they collect. Online advertisers typically share Personal Information with the websites or applications where they choose to run advertisements to measure or improve those advertisements. We also receive this information, which may include information about whether clicks on advertisements or announcements had led to purchases or a list of criteria to use in targeting advertisements.

5. How we use the Personal Information we collect.

We use the Personal Information we collect to provide our Services to you, to make those Services better and more efficient, to develop new Services and to improve the Services we provide, and to protect Thrillia and our users. We also use the information we collect to offer you customized content, including suggesting Pins, activities, postings, or boards that you might like; and showing you advertisements, offerings, and announcements that you might be interested in.

6. Updates and other Personal Information.

We also use the Personal Information we collect to:

(a) Send updates. Thrillia may send you updates, newsletters, marketing materials, and other information that may be of interest to you.

(b) Help your friends and contacts find you on Thrillia. For example, if you sign up using a Facebook account, we may help your Facebook friends find your account on Thrillia when they first register for Thrillia, and respond to your questions or comments.

(c) Allow Thrillia to respond to you. The Personal Information we collect may be “personally identifiable information” (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or “non-personally identifiable” (meaning it cannot be used to specifically identify you). We use both types of information, and combinations of both types, as described above. We may use or store information wherever Thrillia does business, including countries that may be outside of your own.

7. Your choices about Personal Information.

Our goal is to give you simple and meaningful choices over your Personal Information. If you have registered with Thrillia, many of the choices you have on Thrillia are built into your access device. The browser you use may provide you with the ability to control cookies or other types of local data storage. Your mobile device may provide you with choices around how and whether location or other data is shared with us. This Personal Information is provided by the device or software provider. You may also close your account at any time. When you close your account, we will deactivate it and remove your Pins, links, photos, and User Content from Thrillia. We may retain archived copies of your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (including to help address fraud and spam).

8. Sharing your information.

Thrillia is a tool that people use to find activities, inspirations, kindred spirits, and adventure. Your adventures inspire others in the process. When you create public Content, Pins, and links, anyone can view them. You may also provide us with profile page information that anyone can view. You may also share information through other services like Facebook or Twitter when you choose to link to your Thrillia account to those services or publish your activity on Thrillia to them.

9. Third-party companies.

We may employ third party companies or individuals to process Personal Information on our behalf based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Online advertisers typically use third-party companies to audit the delivery and performance of their advertisements on websites and mobile applications. We also allow these companies to collect this information on Thrillia.

10. Disclosure of Personal Information reasonably necessary.

Information will be disclosed if we believe that disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or Thrillia; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues or breaches.

11. Change of form or ownership.

Thrillia may engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding that involves the transfer of the information described in this policy. We may also share aggregated or other Non-Personal Information with our partners, advertisers, or others. For example, we may tell an advertiser on Thrillia how many people re-pinned something they shared, or the percentage of people who click on a Pin after viewing it.

12. How Old are You?

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Software and Services. You warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.
